just follow these steps…

Change Your Twitter Account User Name. (the underlined link in the code)
Copy The Bellow Widget Code.
Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design > Edit HTML .
Search For </body> tag and Place Widget Code Just Before it.
Save your template.
